FastAutoCheck.com (“Limited Warranty”), privacy policy located at (“Privacy Policy”), as well as the various rules, policies, terms, and conditions detailed, referenced, and/or linked herein, which are collectively incorporated by reference, are collectively referred to as the “Agreement.” This Agreement establishes a legal relationship between you (“you”) and FastAutoCheck.com, including its subsidiaries. It outlines the terms of use (“Terms”) that apply to your access to or use of the applications, websites, content, products, programs, and services provided by FastAutoCheck.com (the “Services”), including an agreement to resolve disputes through binding arbitration. PLEASE READ THESE TERMS THOROUGHLY BEFORE USING OR ACCESSING THE SERVICES.
Pre-Purchase Inspection for buyers, sellers, and dealers
Pre-purchase inspections reflect what is visible and audible through the Technician’s assessment. Factors like weather, lighting, and the vehicle’s cleanliness can affect the inspection’s accuracy, making it challenging to identify previous repainting or bodywork. For the most precise inspection report, the vehicle should be clean, dry, and well-lit during the assessment. Technicians do not clean or disassemble vehicles prior to or during pre-purchase inspections.
The services of FastAutoCheck.com are akin to what you might observe and hear if you were inspecting the car independently with the Technician’s experience level. Given the subjective nature of many inspection components, the Technician provides an opinion. You may reach different conclusions if you conduct the inspection yourself. FastAutoCheck.com inspectors do not utilize hoists or tools to dismantle vehicles. The Pre-purchase Inspection Services consist solely of a visual examination of all reasonably accessible items, and some issues may not be detected during the inspection.
Each inspection is confined to the items explicitly mentioned in the inspection report. Should you request an examination of any item not listed, the Technician might attempt to inspect it reasonably; however, there is no guarantee that this inspection will occur. If an additional item is not expressly mentioned in the report, you should assume it was not inspected.
Technicians perform inspections at your location, though they do not lift the vehicle but may use floor jacks for certain parts. Pre-purchase inspections do not include diagnostic services, as diagnostic equipment is not typically utilized in these inspections. Technicians may identify the VIN (vehicle identification number) without verifying its authenticity, history, or title.
Technicians may conduct a test drive, depending on the conditions, but it is not a mandatory part of the pre-purchase inspection. If the inspection report does not indicate that a test drive was completed, no such test drive took place.
Pre-purchase inspection reports are neither guaranteed nor warranted due to the possibility of changes occurring in the vehicle between the inspection time and the purchase time, and because a Technician cannot access internal components like the engine or transmission during an inspection. Consequently, any impending failures may not be observable at that time.
Neither we nor any Technician provides advice regarding vehicle value, whether to purchase a vehicle, or verifying a vehicle’s origin. Regardless of any opinions expressed by a Technician, your decision to purchase or refrain from purchasing a vehicle is at your own discretion. We do not assess whether a vehicle meets emission standards or guarantee its performance. You acknowledge and agree that the FastAutoCheck.com inspection does not create any warranty for the vehicle you might purchase, and your options for recourse for any defects, revealed or otherwise, are limited to the seller’s warranty.
An inspection does not serve as a warranty or insurance for any vehicle. You recognize and agree that when purchasing any vehicle inspected by FastAutoCheck.com, you are solely responsible for all repair and maintenance costs, whether or not covered by another insurance policy or warranty. The choice to acquire any vehicle remains solely your responsibility, including determining its warranty or insurance status.
Reschedule and Cancellation
Once your order is confirmed, all sales are final. Refunds for rescheduling or cancellation will only be provided as permitted by these Terms. If we decline to perform the requested Job, we will quickly refund you for any unserviceable services.
FastAutoCheck.com Inspections. All sales are final for inspection Jobs placed through the FastAutoCheck.com website. If a vehicle is sold before we can send a technician for inspection, the amount paid will be honored toward a future order.
Your use and access to the Services signify your acceptance of this Agreement. If you disagree with the Terms, you are prohibited from accessing or using the Services. The Terms, along with any Supplemental Terms (as defined below), completely replace any prior agreements with you and override all content or information you may have encountered elsewhere, including on our website, emails, or applications. FastAutoCheck.com reserves the right to instantly terminate this Agreement or any Services related to you, or discontinue offering or denying access to the Services or any part of them at any time, for any reason or none.
Supplemental terms refer to any additional terms or policies relevant to a specific Service, including the FastAutoCheck.com Privacy Policy, which accompany that Service (“Supplemental Terms”). Supplemental Terms may encompass details concerning any specific event, activity, program, or promotion. Supplemental Terms are supplementary to, and will be considered part of, this Agreement. In case of a conflict between the Terms and Supplemental Terms regarding the relevant Service(s), the Supplemental Terms will take precedence.
FastAutoCheck.com may modify the Terms from time to time. Changes will take effect upon FastAutoCheck.com posting the updated Terms or amended Supplemental Terms. Your ongoing access and use of the Services after such posting indicates your acceptance of the amended Terms.
By accessing and using the Services, you affirm that: (i) you are at least 18 years old and legally recognized as an adult in your jurisdiction; and (ii) you possess the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement and comply with the Terms, and that you will do so. If you enter into this Agreement on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you possess the authority to bind that entity to this Agreement. The Services are unavailable to anyone under 18 years of age, or to any individual whose account has been terminated. Your account may not be utilized for Services intended for another person.
The Services
The Services comprise a technology platform including websites and mobile applications (the “FastAutoCheck.com Platform”) that facilitates user access to a network of vehicle service providers (mechanics, technicians, inspectors, or other independent contractors) (“Technicians”) and/or allows arrangement for vehicle inspection, diagnosis, maintenance, repair, towing, or related services (“Vehicle Services”).
License. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, revocable, non-transferable license to access and utilize the Services in accordance with the Terms of this Agreement. We reserve all rights not explicitly granted herein.
Restrictions. You may not: (i) remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from any part of the Services; (ii) reproduce, modify, create derivative works, distribute, license, lease, sell, resell, or exploit the Services except as specifically permitted by us; (iii) decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the Services unless permitted by applicable law; (iv) link to, mirror, or frame any section of the Services; (v) launch any programs or scripts intended for scraping, indexing, surveying, or data mining any area of the Services or unduly burdening or disrupting the Services’ operation and functionality; or (vi) attempt unauthorized access or compromise any component of the Services or their related systems or networks.
Ownership. The Services and all rights therein will forever remain our property. Neither these Terms nor your usage of the Services grants you any rights in relation to the Services, except for the narrow license cited above, or permission to use or mention our company names, logos, product and service names, trademarks, or service marks. All content appearing on the FastAutoCheck.com Platform is either our property or that of our partners and is secured by international copyright statutes. Various names, graphics, and logos are trademarks, service marks, or trade dress (collectively, “Marks”) of FastAutoCheck.com. Our Marks should only be used in compliance with our Trademark Usage Policy. All other Marks belong to their respective owners and cannot be used without their prior written approval.
Service Incidents. We reserve the right to alter, modify, suspend, or terminate the Services, either partially or wholly, at any time, with or without cause. You acknowledge that the Services may occasionally experience technical difficulties or other issues, resulting in potential interruptions, errors, or even discontinuation. FastAutoCheck.com will not be liable to you or any third party for these interruptions, errors, or any cessation of the Services. We have no obligation to maintain, update, or continue releasing new versions of the Services.
We will make reasonable efforts to keep the Services available during our regular business hours, excluding: (i) planned downtime (for which we will strive to provide prior notice); or (ii) any outages caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to, natural disasters, government actions, floods, fires, earthquakes, civil disturbances, terrorism, labor disputes, or failures/delays in internet service.
Your Use of the Services.
User Accounts. To access most aspects of the Services, you must create and maintain a user account (“Account”). Registration requires you to provide certain personal information like your name, email address, residence, vehicle details, and/or mobile number, along with at least one valid payment method (e.g., a credit card). You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information in your Account and to update such information as needed for accuracy. Your vehicle information may include the license plate number, VIN (Vehicle Identification Number), make, model, year, engine size, trim, and any additional details necessary for the requested service. Failing to keep your Account information current may hinder your ability to access the Services or result in the termination of this Agreement by FastAutoCheck.com. You are responsible for all activities conducted under your Account and agree to keep your Account username and password secure and confidential. We are not liable for any loss incurred due to unauthorized use of your password by others. You must inform us immediately about any unauthorized use of your Account or any security breach concerning FastAutoCheck.com.
Scheduling a Job. When you request an appointment for Vehicle Services (a “Job” or a “Job Request”), you may need to specify the required service type, the location for the Job, and your preferred date and time. You understand it is your responsibility to provide an appropriate location and ensure that the Technician has the necessary access and permission to perform the Job.
After submitting a Job Request, we may provide you with a quote and a list of potential Technicians, including their experience and ratings based on customer feedback (if applicable). We reserve the right to adjust, add, or remove items and/or pricing prior to billing you. If you and the Technician agree to modify the Job Request or reschedule, such changes must be documented on the FastAutoCheck.com platform either by you or the Technician. Rescheduling a Job must occur via the FastAutoCheck.com Platform and could incur additional fees.
You agree to treat Technicians respectfully and lawfully, ensure a safe and compliant working environment per local laws, and cooperate reasonably to enable Technicians to complete the Job. We do not control the availability of independent Technicians on the FastAutoCheck.com Platform. You acknowledge that your chosen Technician may occasionally be unavailable due to reasons such as illness or vacation.
Components made from plastic, composite, and rubber in engines and cooling systems can become fragile over time due to age and temperature changes. Consequently, these parts may break or disintegrate during disassembly or handling. FastAutoCheck.com will not be liable for these failures, but in such cases, we will provide you with an updated estimate that reflects the cost of replacing any failed parts.
Payment Terms. You acknowledge that using the Services may incur charges for the Vehicle Services provided by a Technician (“Charges”). Charges may include applicable local, state, and federal taxes. Upon scheduling a Job, we will collect your preferred payment method and validate the information provided. You authorize the payment of Charges based on the preferred payment method, including a Late Cancellation Fee if you cancel or a rescheduling fee if you change the appointment. You agree not to arrange alternative payments directly with the Technician. While we will strive to protect all credit card and personal information, we disclaim any liability for damages resulting from unauthorized information disclosure and you agree to hold us harmless from such damages.
After receiving Vehicle Services through our platform, we will manage the payment of relevant Charges on behalf of the Technician, acting as their limited payment collection agent. Payment in this manner is equated to direct payment to the Technician. Charges paid are considered final and non-refundable, unless we state otherwise. All Charges are due immediately. If your primary payment method is determined to be expired or invalid, you agree that we may use a secondary payment method from your Account, if available.
We hold the right to set, modify, or eliminate Charges for any Vehicle Service at our discretion. Should a Technician determine that your vehicle requires services beyond the original request or is unable to perform the work, you may incur an additional diagnostic fee.
Returns and Refunds
Since we are an objective service we do not offer refunds on completed inspections, we will try our best to mitigate any issues that arise.

An inspection does not act as a warranty or as an insurance policy for any vehicle. You acknowledge and agree that if you purchase any vehicle inspected by FastAutoCheck.com, you are fully responsible for all costs for repairs and maintenance on your vehicle, whether or not covered by any other insurance policy or warranty. You acknowledge and agree that the decision to purchase any vehicle remains your own responsibility and that you are responsible for determining whether a vehicle is under warranty or properly insured.
Pre-purchase inspections are based on what is seen and heard through the eyes and ears of the Technician. Weather and light conditions, as well as the cleanliness of the vehicle both inside and out, can reduce the accuracy of the inspection, making things such as prior repainting and body work difficult to detect. For the most accurate inspection report, the vehicle must be clean, dry and well-lit at the time of inspection. Technicians do not clean or disassemble vehicles prior to or during pre-purchase inspections.
Termination.
By FastAutoCheck.com. We may terminate this Agreement or suspend your Account immediately for any reason or no reason upon notifying you. If we suspend or terminate your Account, you are barred from registering under your name, a fictitious name, or any third party’s name, even if acting on their behalf. In addition to suspending or terminating your Account, we may seek legal action if necessary. Upon account termination, we may delete your Account and all associated information. You have no ownership rights over your Account.
By You. You may terminate this Agreement by completely ceasing all use of the Services (provided no outstanding Services remain ordered under your account). If you attempt to terminate while there are pending Services, the Agreement will remain active until those Services are performed or canceled as permitted herein.
Inspection or Diagnosis Work. We do not provide state or SMOG inspection equivalents. Obtaining any inspection through the FastAutoCheck.com Platform does not imply your vehicle will pass a state or SMOG inspection.
Limited Warranty. The terms of our Limited Warranty are incorporated by reference into this Agreement. We may periodically amend the Limited Warranty. Your continued access or use of the Services following such amendments signifies your agreement to be bound by the modified terms of the Limited Warranty.

WE DO NOT OFFER, AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM, ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PARTY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY (I) OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A SPECIFIC PURPOSE; (II) OF ACCURATE INFORMATION OR CONTENT; (III) OF NON-INFRINGEMENT; (IV) OF PEACEFUL ENJOYMENT; (V) OF TITLE; (VI) THAT THE FastAutoCheck.com PLATFORM WILL FUNCTION WITHOUT ERRORS OR INTERRUPTIONS; (VII) THAT ANY DEFECTS OR ERRORS WILL BE FIXED; (VIII) THAT SERVICES WILL BE ACCESSIBLE IN EVERY MARKET; OR (IX) THAT THE FastAutoCheck.com PLATFORM WILL WORK WITH ANY PARTICULAR HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE. FastAutoCheck.com MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES ABOUT THE RELIABILITY, TIMELINESS, QUALITY, SUITABILITY, OR AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICES OR ANY REQUESTED SERVICES OR GOODS, NOR CAN WE ENSURE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. FastAutoCheck.com CANNOT GUARANTEE THE QUALITY, SUITABILITY, SAFETY, OR CAPACITY OF THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, AND ANY RELATED SERVICE OR GOOD, REST SOLELY WITH YOU, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Limitations of Liability
YOU AGREE NOT TO HOLD FastAutoCheck.com (ALONG WITH ITS STOCKHOLDERS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, PARTNERS, MEMBERS, DIRECTORS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS, AND CONTENT PROVIDERS, COLLECTIVELY REFERRED TO AS “MEMBERS”) RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, EXPENSES, LOSSES, LAWSUITS, CLAIMS, AND/OR DISPUTES THAT MAY OCCUR, WHETHER KNOWN OR UNKNOWN, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE FastAutoCheck.com PLATFORM OR ANY SERVICES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LIABILITIES STEMMING FROM THE ACTIONS, DELAYS, OR OMISSIONS OF ANY USER OR THIRD-PARTY PROVIDER (OR ANY INTERACTIONS BETWEEN YOU AND ANY THIRD-PARTY PROVIDER), ANY DISPUTES WITH ANY USER OR THIRD-PARTY PROVIDER, ANY INSTRUCTION, ADVICE, ACTION, OR SERVICE FROM FastAutoCheck.com OR ITS MEMBERS, AND ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE TO YOUR INFORMATION.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL FastAutoCheck.com OR ITS MEMBERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE AND UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER IN A CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR TORT ACTION (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LOST INCOME, LOST DATA, PERSONAL INJURY, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, EVEN IF WE WERE AWARE OF POSSIBLE DAMAGES. FastAutoCheck.com AND MEMBERS DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY REGARDING THE QUALITY OR APPROPRIATENESS OF ANY WORK RELATED TO THE FastAutoCheck.com PLATFORM.
THE FastAutoCheck.com PLATFORM IS MERELY A CONNECTING VENUE FOR USERS. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR EVALUATING THE SUITABILITY, LEGALITY, OR QUALIFICATIONS OF ANY THIRD-PARTY PROVIDER, AND YOU FULLY RELEASE FastAutoCheck.com FROM ALL LIABILITY, CLAIMS, OR DAMAGES (BOTH ACTUAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL) OF ANY TYPE, KNOWN OR UNKNOWN, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO ANY THIRD-PARTY PROVIDER. WE CLEARLY DISCLAIM ANY LIABILITY BETWEEN YOU AND ANY THIRD-PARTY PROVIDER. THE QUALITY OF SERVICES SCHEDULED OR REQUESTED THROUGH THE FastAutoCheck.com PLATFORM IS SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE THIRD-PARTY PROVIDER THAT DELIVERS THOSE SERVICES TO YOU. BY USING THE FastAutoCheck.com PLATFORM, YOU MAY ENCOUNTER SERVICES THAT ARE POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS, OFFENSIVE, HARMFUL, UNSAFE, OR OTHERWISE UNACCEPTABLE, AND YOUR USE OF THE FastAutoCheck.com PLATFORM AND THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. NOTHING IN THIS AGREEMENT OR ON THE FastAutoCheck.com PLATFORM CONSTITUTES OR INTENDS TO CONSTITUTE ADVICE OF ANY KIND. IF YOU NEED COUNSEL REGARDING ANY LEGAL, FINANCIAL, OR MEDICAL ISSUES, YOU SHOULD CONSULT A PROFESSIONAL.
YOU RECOGNIZE THAT THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS MAY NOT HOLD REQUIRED PROFESSIONAL LICENSES OR PERMITS. YOU AGREE THAT WE BEAR NO RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY FOR VEHICLE SERVICES RENDERED TO YOU BY THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS EXCEPT AS EXPLICITLY STATED IN THESE TERMS.
SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW EXCLUSIONS OR LIMITATIONS ON CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE RESTRICTIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IF, DESPITE THESE LIMITATIONS, IT IS FOUND THAT FastAutoCheck.com OR ITS MEMBERS ARE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES, IN NO CASE WILL THE TOTAL LIABILITY, WHETHER ARISING FROM CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EXCEED THE AMOUNT CHARGED FOR THE RELATED JOB.
BY USING THE FastAutoCheck.com PLATFORM, YOU ACCEPT THAT THE LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY IN THIS AGREEMENT ARE REASONABLE. IF YOU DO NOT CONCUR, YOU MUST REFRAIN FROM USING THE FastAutoCheck.com PLATFORM.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FastAutoCheck.com and its Members from any and all claims, losses, costs, liabilities, damages, or demands (including attorneys’ fees and incurred expenses) arising from or related to: (i) your use or misuse of the FastAutoCheck.com Platform and/or Services; (ii) your breach of this Agreement; (iii) your violation of any relevant law or regulation; (iv) your infringement of another’s rights (including those of Technicians); and (v) any information or content you provide through the FastAutoCheck.com Platform. FastAutoCheck.com retains the right, at its own expense, to manage the exclusive defense of any claim subject to your indemnity. You must not settle any claim or issue without prior written consent from FastAutoCheck.com.
Dispute Resolution
Arbitration: Any dispute or claim related to your use of the FastAutoCheck.com Platform or Vehicle Services will be resolved through binding arbitration instead of court, except you may bring claims in small claims court if they qualify. This agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act and federal arbitration laws. If you violate or threaten any of FastAutoCheck.com’s intellectual property rights, we may seek appropriate relief in county courts located in Ada County, Idaho, to which you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue.
In arbitration, there is no judge or jury, and judicial review of an arbitration decision is limited. However, an arbitrator may award damages on an individual basis comparable to a court’s remedies (including injunctive or declaratory relief or statutory damages) and must comply with these Terms of Use as a court would.
Both parties agree that dispute resolution will be conducted individually and not as a class or representative action. If a claim proceeds in court rather than arbitration, both parties waive their right to a jury trial. We agree that you or we may file suit to prevent intellectual property infringement.
Applicable Law: By accessing or using the FastAutoCheck.com Platform or Vehicle Services, you agree that the Federal Arbitration Act, applicable federal law, and the laws of the State of Delaware shall govern these Terms and any disputes with FastAutoCheck.com.
Other Provisions
General: You cannot assign these Terms without FastAutoCheck.com’s prior written consent. FastAutoCheck.com may assign these Terms at its discretion to: (i) a subsidiary or affiliate; (ii) an acquirer of its equity, business, or assets; or (iii) a merger successor. Any unauthorized assignment is void. There is no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency connection between you, FastAutoCheck.com, or any Technician due to this Agreement or Service use. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be removed while the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure by FastAutoCheck.com to enforce any right or provision shall not be considered a waiver unless recognized in writing by FastAutoCheck.com.
Notice: FastAutoCheck.com will provide notice through a general notice on the FastAutoCheck.com Platform, via email to your registered email address, or by written communication sent through first-class mail to your registered address. Such notice is deemed given 48 hours post-mailing or posting (for mail), or 12 hours after sending (for email). You may send notices to FastAutoCheck.com via first-class mail addressed to: Attn: Legal, FastAutoCheck.com, 704 N School Ave. Kuna, Idaho 83634.
Links to Other Websites and Display of Third-Party Brands: The FastAutoCheck.com Platform may feature third-party logos, brand names, and links to external websites. Such elements do not imply endorsement by us of those parties, sites, or their content and are provided for reference and convenience only. We do not oversee these sites and disclaim responsibility for their availability, accuracy, content, advertising, or products. The presence of links on the FastAutoCheck.com Platform does not signify endorsement or affiliation with those sites. It is your responsibility to assess the information and value from external sites. We expressly disclaim any liability for your use or viewing of unrelated websites, brands, logos, or linked materials on the FastAutoCheck.com Platform. You agree to indemnify us against any liabilities from such links.
